Under the law, SMEs will get easier access to loans, tax preferences,  and support for production facilities. Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung said: “The law is important because a new Party resolution has made the private sector an important component in the development of the national economy. We have studied the challenges facing businesses and incorporated them into the Law”.

The law will take effect early next year.
