More than 10 million people contract COVID-19

(VOVWORLD) - As of Monday, the world had recorded more than 10 million COVID-19 infections, with over 500,000 deaths, according to worldometers.info.

Two thirds of the cases were in America and Europe.

The US continues to be the world’s epicenter with more than 2.6 million infections and more than 128,000 deaths. The US is followed by Brazil, Russia, and the UK.
