(VOVworld) – Minister of Public Security General Tran Dai Quang visited the memorial Monument of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers in An Phu ward in the central province of Quang Nam on Friday. Minister Quang said that as the monument is of great humane and educational value, contractors and builders should strictly supervise construction work. This 20 million USD project was designed by painter, sculptor Dinh Gia Thang, who won a design contest organized by the Voice of Vietnam and the people’s committee of Quang Nam province.
