Ngo Quang Chien, Secretary of Cam Lo’s Party Committee, said, "It’s good news that the first batch of Vietnamese medicinal Helicteres hirsuta Lour has been exported to such a stringent market as the US. The district is expanding the planting area of this medicinal plant and working to improve its quality. Cam Lo is striving to become a center of medicinal herbs of Quang Tri province."

Local farmers completed every step before the export, from producing, processing, packaging, and branding.
