High on the agenda will be the amended Land Law, review of reports on socio-economic and state budget, questions and answers, and personnel decision.

National Assembly Secretary General and Chairman of the Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong told reporters, “This time, the National Assembly will meet in Hanoi in two phases. This will help the legislative agencies to improve the quality of law and resolution revision."

"Our agencies have closely coordinated with Government agencies during the preparation of Laws and Resolutions. The number of laws to be adopted this time will be twice the volume of laws adopted at the previous session. So more time is needed before submitting to the National Assembly for approval.”

Deputy Head of the Deputies Affairs Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh said that the session will discuss and vote on the National Assembly Standing Committee’s proposal on dismissing deputies and electing members of the Standing Committee.
