“Make in Vietnam digital products” award calls for entries

This is the 3rd year the Ministry of Information and Communications has offered the award to honor excellent digital technology products that have a great influence in people and businesses, contributing to promoting Vietnam's digital technology businesses.

Products are divided into 4 categories for the awards: digital government, digital economy, digital society, and potential digital products. The potential digital product award will be given only to administrative agencies, SMEs, or startups. Each category will have a gold, silver, and bronze prize and the top ten best products will be honored.

Awardees will have to satisfy two main criteria, which are "Design and innovation in Vietnam" and "Impact on the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society".

Pham Duc Long, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications and Deputy Head of the Organizing Board, said: “The ‘Make in Vietnam digital products’ award honors the best technology products which have had a big influence in bringing people and businesses to the digital environment. The award acknowledges outstanding digital businesses in the Make in Vietnam strategy, promotes trade, investment, and brands, stimulates domestic consumption and export for products and services by Vietnamese digital businesses. People can market their products at reasonable costs, access high-quality medical services such as Telemedicine, pursue e-learning and working, and update information.”

Businesses can register with the Organizing Board for instruction to prepare dossiers from June 22 to July 21 and send their entries to the portal  giaithuong.makeinvietnam.mic.gov.vn.
