This special trip is bringing simple gifts to serve the army and people on the islands and the garrison in Truong Sa district as the Lunar New Year of the Cat is more than a month away. It shows the care of the Party, State, Ministry of National Defense and the mainlanders for Vietnam’s sea and islands.

On Tuesday 100 gifts of gratitude were presented to officers, soldiers and policy families in the Naval Region 4 Command areas as part of the program "Truong Sa Spring", an annual event organized by the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper and the Navy Command.
