An official dispatch issued by the PM on Monday said that, administrations from Quang Tri to Binh Thuan and the Central Highlands, should make storm preparations to protect boats at sea and guarantee people’s safety in case of serious flooding.

Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, and Thua Thien-Hue province were told to swiftly respond to flooding.

The PM directed relevant ministries and agencies to ready forces and equipment to provide localities emergency assistance.
