The demand for the vaccine in 2022 in Vietnam is expected to be 166 million doses, which will be administered to people aged 12 and above. Mr. Tuyen asked localities to complete at least the first dose for foreigners by the end of October.

Vietnam has administered nearly 55 million COVID-19 vaccine doses, including 39 million first doses and 16 million second doses.
