In his address, Mr. Hue asked the Institute to expand its relations with other Vietnamese and foreign institutes. He said it’s important to set up a key force to develop a parliamentary initiative network and a consultancy team for the NA Chairman.

Hue said, 'The Institute needs to strengthen its expertise and participate in developing thematic projects of the Party and the National Assembly. It needs to bring into play its role as a consultancy agency for law building and law building information.'
