Mr. Sisoulith congratulated Mr. Trong on his re-election as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee for the next tenure as well as the 91st founding anniversary of the CPV (February 3).
Mr. Trong said the Congress was a great success, marking a milestone in the development of the Party. He reiterated Vietnam’s support towards Lao national construction and defense.
