Participants will take off at Si Thau Chai village, and will land at the stadium in Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province.

The province intends to make the tournament an annual event, and make PuTaLeng’s paragliding service a key tourism product.

It will make its paragliding competition part of the competition system of the International Paragliding Association and the Paragliding World Cup.
