JICA helps build capacity of Vietnam’s urban railway

(VOVWORLD) -Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Ministry of Transport on Wednesday signed a record of discussion for a project on strengthening the urban railway training capacity for the Railway College.

Curricula and training programmes on urban railway will be built along with guidelines for personnel training as well as enhancing knowledge on how to operate urban railways safely.

The project is expected to be carried out in four years from January 2022 to January 2026.
