Sandra Scagliotti has been teaching Asian history in a local university and an expert on Vietnam. Her book is a collection of analysis, multidisciplinary writings and photos confirming Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagoes. It also covered maritime management and resources exploitation topics.
