Italian Ambassador to Vietnam Antonio Alessandro said the event highlights Italy’s quality of ingredients, the overall healthiness of Italian cuisine, and the sustainability of Italian food, with a specific focus on high-fiber, low-fat meals.
The event will have the participation of chef Marco Squizzato of the Italian Chefs Association, who has won many international prizes in his 20-year career.
