He said Western positions are incompatible with reality and will not bring constructive results.
Last week Iran announced that it will return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) this month.
But Tehran asked Washington to show its goodwill by unfreezing Iran’s foreign bank accounts, one of the sanctions Washington imposed when President Trump withdrew the US from the JCPOA in 2018.
