Araghchi said Iran is a member of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and its nuclear program is carried out in compliance with IAEA regulations.

He said that when Iran’s interests regarding the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) have been served, Iran will be ready to return to all JCPOA commitments.
