(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged Ha Nam province to focus on building new rural areas by improving material and spiritual lives for local people. Speaking at a meeting to review 2 years of developing rural roads in Ha Nam province on Saturday, Deputy Prime Minister Phuc asked Ha Nam to restructure the economy, create jobs, use machinery in farm work, increase farmers’ income, deal with environmental pollution and create rural cultural institutions.
