To date, art troupes from France, Belgium, Spain, Israel, Brazil, and Arab Saudi have confirmed to participate in the Hue Festival 2022.
Nearly 400 performers of domestic troupes and international art troupes have been ready for the opening day.
A grand opening ceremony of Hue Festival 2022 will be held at the Ngo Mon Square with unique art performances honoring traditional and contemporary cultural values of the ancient capital city.
The week-long program will have a series of activities, including a street festival, a music show, a concert honoring the late famous musician Trinh Cong Son, Hue court music performance, a food festival, a hot air balloon festival, and an introduction of Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional dress) plus art exhibitions.
