Hoi An city applies social distancing rule under the Prime Minister's Directive 16, starting July 31.

Since early this week, Hoi An city recorded 26 COVID-19 cases who had close contact with many people.

The local authorities forecast that the pandemic will further spread if the city doesn’t take urgent and drastic measures.
