The Brigade was a group of patriotic young men and women in Hanoi operating under the leadership of the Việt Minh (League for the Independence of Vietnam). Originating from a youth activist group, the Brigade was officially established in August 1944 at 46 Bat Dan Street, Hanoi, with 60 founding members.
President Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended the event which was also held online to mark the 67th anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day, October 10.
Good people, good deeds and Hanoi’s outstanding citizens in 2021 were honored on this occasion.
