It’s the conclusion of the US Department of Commerce (DoC) in the anti-dumping investigation of the evasion of anti-dumping tariff and anti-subsidy tax on corrosion-resistant steel and cold-rolled steel imported from Vietnam. The US market of 300 million people imports about 30 million tons of steel annually under strict rules of origin. Vietnamese steel makers consider the US their important export market.
