Mr. Nhan addressed a year-end meeting on Saturday: “In 2018 the city’s economy should grow higher than the 8.25% mark of 2016. We expect to achieve a growth rate of 8.4% this year. We need to utilize the specific financial mechanism to achieve the budge collection target.”
