The competition will last from April 1st to July 31st for professional photographers living in Vietnam and abroad.
The organizing board will give 16 awards worth 11,000 USD and 26 flight tickets which can be used for international and domestic flights with Vietnam Airlines.
The award ceremony and exhibition of winning works are slated for September.
