Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen said the festival included exchange activities, exhibitions, and forums at many venues in HCM City. 

Mr. Tuyen said the festival was attended by 11 image ambassadors in various fields, to honor and popularize the Ao Dai and attract foreign visitors to HCM City.
