The highlight will be a procession featuring a huge symbolic carp and 12 trays of agricultural produce that is scheduled to proceed from the outlying village of Bat Trang to the center on Sunday, the 23rd day of the last month of the lunar year. Following the procession, the agricultural produce will be offered at the Ly Thai To Statue, Ngoc Son temple, and Thang Long Imperial Citadel. To Hai Long Director of the Center to support Hanoi’s farmers said ‘the products made by craft villages and local farmers are imbued with traditional cultural characteristics despite the advent of advanced technology. The display will introduce visitors to local farming practices the resilient Vietnamese spirit, and traditional culture.

At the opening ceremony, 10 outstanding agricultural products and 10 outstanding artisans were honored.
