The Hanoi Mega Sale was held at Vinhomes Times City in Hai Ba Trung district, with 100 booths selling consumer goods, clothing, cosmetics, and products under the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program.
“Golden Promotion Day” will open this weekend at 50 supermarkets and trade centers with promotions from 20% to 50% in direct discounts, gifts, lucky draws, and incentives for non-cash payments.
The "Hanoi Tourism Promotion Festival" will be held at Hoan Kiem Lake walking space from November 18 to 20. About 50 booths from tour operators, craft villages, and cultural and tourist destinations will offer 20-50% discounts and many gifts to attract consumers and visitors to Hanoi.
Another “Flash Sale Day” will be held on November 27 at Mediamart My Dinh supermarket, offering discounts from 15% to 70% for more than 30,000 products, including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, household appliances, and technology.

Nguyen Quang Duc, Marketing Director of PICO electronics supermarket chain, said: “We’ve been working with suppliers to prepare goods, calling for funding, and using our own budget to offer an average discount of 20-30% for on-sale products at Pico supermarket. During the Golden Day Program, Golden Hours, and Hanoi Promotion Month, Pico offers a range of products at shocking discounts of over 50%.”
Nguyen Quy Tan, Director of Mediamart My Dinh, said: “Participating in Hanoi Promotion Month, we pledge to cut advertising and communication expenses to directly reduce prices. We’ll offer over 30,000 products with discounts from 15% to 70%. For the upcoming World Cup, we have a program to buy TV sets and exchange old TVs with big discount. Customers can buy TVs in installments at Zero dong and 0% interest.”
Hanoi Promotion Month is held annually to connect manufacturers and distributors and offer attractive programs to serve consumers.
