The event gathered 35 publishing houses and book distribution companies nationwide.

Annually organized since 2014, the Hanoi Book Festival returned after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, affirming the importance of books in social life, the Vietnamese people’s tradition of learning, and the efforts of the administration in Hanoi, the Ministry of Information and Communications, functional agencies, publishers, and people in promoting Hanoi’s cultural values and tradition as a City for Peace.

The festival will run through Sunday.
