The State Bank of Vietnam has directed four state-owned lenders to provide the credit to property developers and home buyers at interest rates that are 1.5-2% points lower than the market average. 

The Ministry of Construction is expected to build  1 million affordable houses for low-income earners and workers at industrial parks by 2030.
