Prime Minister Phuc said this program is one the three major target programs of Vietnam and demonstrated the sentiment and responsibility for the ethnic people’s better life. He called on the Committee for Ethnic Affairs to finalize a dossier based on opinions collected from government members and submit it to the National Assembly’s Standing Committee soon.

Prime Minister agreed that the program focuses on supporting livelihoods and improving living conditions of ethnic minority people and is based on socio-economic development plan of regions.
