The e-Cabinet system is able to update, store and manage documents for government meetings, as well as offer electronic voting with digital signatures. It also sends SMS, emails and notifications to Cabinet members. It aims to cut 30% of government meeting time and end the use of paper documents which will be replaced with electronic ones, except in the case of confidential documents.
