Mr. Phuc, who chaired the monthly cabinet meeting for November in Hanoi on Monday, said: “The special  group led by Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh will focus on urgent cases relating to people’s complaints and petitions. We have to settle these problems decidedly and completely”.

Prime Minister Phuc said that the Government will continue to encourage startups, deeming it a key mission next year. Cabinet members discussed administrative reform and the allocation of capital for the construction of the transnational expressway.
