The Network is a voluntary organisation of young scientists in the health field and will operate in Vietnam and around the world for the development of the sector.

The Network will be a channel for young intellectuals in the health sector to discuss the vision, the missions, the role, and their contributions to national development .

It will promote Vietnam's full economic integration regionally and globally, strengthen solidarity among young intellectuals doing health research, and boost the application of science and technology in healthcare.
