(VOVworld) - Finance ministers from the 20 leading world powers (G20) concluded talks in the German city of Baden-Baden on Saturday without a clear commitment on free trade and anti-protectionism.

This is considered a failure for Germany, the host country, which has been trying to maintain previous G20 agreements.

At a press conference after the first meeting with G20 leaders, US Secretary of Treasury Steven Mnuchin affirmed that the US is committed to free trade but will reconsider some agreements, including the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
