Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh says the visit by Lao Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Xunthon Xaynhachac will help to consolidate friendship and solidarity. At Thursday’s reception in Hanoi for the visiting Lao delegation, Minh expressed his delight at the sound relations between the two neighbours, Xunthon said she is glad to be back in Vietnam and extended her thanks to the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry for arranging an opportunity for her delegation to work with several departments and share with them.
