President Tran Dai Quang passed away at 10:05am on September 21 in Hanoi at the age of 62

The special envoy of Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni handed over the letter of condolence to Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on Monday to the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia upon hearing President Tran Dai Quang’s passing. In his letter, Cambodian King extended his deepest condolences to President Quang's family and the Vietnamese people for their great loss.
