(VOVworld)-The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has established a satellite aided fishing vessel observation center. It will use satellite information to monitor fishing vessels operating in Vietnamese waters, Vietnamese vessels in international waters and detect illegal fishing activities. The center will also send warnings on adverse weather and support accident detection as well as getting information on the seizing of Vietnamese vessels by foreign countries.
