(VOVworld) – President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan said the satisfaction index of public administrative service needs to be measured at places where people are served.

While meeting with the Ho Chi Minh municipal People’s Committee on Tuesday, Mr. Nhan said measuring public satisfaction is a key task of the institutional and administrative reform effort. He said the index should measure public satisfaction with the overall service, problem solving, and transparency. Mr. Nhan urged the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ho Chi Minh City to work out plans for measuring public satisfaction in the future.
