Chairing a meeting to view a resolution on e-government building until 2025, Mr. Luc said: “Ministries and sectors need to update technology, upgrade software, and integrate solutions for digital signature to ensure the legality of e-documents.”

Responding to the government's resolution on e-government building until 2025, agencies have participated in the e-document system while all ministries and agencies have set up steering committees for e-government building. So far the government has built a National Document Axis in March and e-cabinet system in June. All 95 government agencies from the central to grassroots level have connected to the Axis. Ministries, sectors, and localities have transferred documents and communicated on the Axis.
