Mr. Tusk told a news conference on Wednesday in Helsinki that President Trump complains of too many tariffs between the EU and the US and that was the reason why a few years ago the EU started trade negotiations with the US.

On Monday President Trump said Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross will speak with representatives of the EU about eliminating the large Tariffs and Barriers they use against the US.
