(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung received Matsuura Koichiro, UNESCO’s former General Director during his visit to Vietnam today/ on Friday at the Government Office.

At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Dung spoke highly of the great contribution of Mister Koichiro in promoting cooperation between Vietnam and UNESCO. In the past, in the post of Japanese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mister Koichiro was a pioneer in supporting the expansion of ODA for Vietnam.  Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung hoped that Mr Koichiro will continue to help Vietnam to attract more Japanese investors, especially in the field of infrastructure development.
