(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh says the Vietnamese Party and State always remember war martyrs, invalids, veterans and social beneficiary families for their great contribution to national construction and defense. Speaking at a meeting with female veterans of Regiment 10 in Ca Mau province on Tuesday, the Deputy Prime Minister said that in addition to the incentives of the Party and State, social organizations have put in place a number of programs to help war veterans, invalids and social beneficiaries improve their lives. Ninh urged war veterans to set a good example and pass on their fine tradition to younger generations. Regiment 10 was the first unit the Central Military Command deployed to support the Southwestern armed forces during the American war.
