He praised recent progress in the sector with some 50% of collectives operating efficiently and creating more jobs. Mr. Hue said: “Gauging the performance of collective economy does not only look at asset and revenue but also its collective impact on social, political and economic aspects. This could be seen in added values created, reduced input costs, and improved outcomes.”
