Addressing the first meeting of female scientists of the northern region in Hanoi on Thursday, the Deputy Prime Minister said Vietnam faces major challenges in securing a per capita growth rate of 7.5% annually in the next 20 years to avoid the mid-income trap.
“Rapid and sustainable development in Industry 4.0 requires institutional building, knowledge universalization, training and human resource development for better national innovation. All these depend on humans. Innovation should be kindled in every teacher, student, individual, and organization,” he said.
