National Assembly deputies said they are confident that the new personnel elected to the National Assembly will promote the achievements of the 14th National Assembly and fulfill their mission in the next tenure, in particular overseeing policy implementation and the May 23 general elections.
Deputy Y Khut Nie representing Dak Lak province said, “Every deputy should honor his responsibility to get close to the people and, for the sake of the people, help the National Assembly Standing Committee change outdated policies and laws.”
Deputy Nguyen Van Hoa of Dong Thap province said he expects the new chairpersons of National Assembly committees to collaborate closely on the upcoming elections.
“I hope they will fulfill their tasks, and continue the work of their predecessors, especially preparing and organizing the elections of the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils on May 23,” according to Hoa.
Many deputies praised those recently elected to NA Committees for their experience, professionalism, and dedication.
