Deputy Minister of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, acknowledged the important and effective contributions of military staff and soldiers to national international integration and defense.
He urged all agencies to launch diplomatic defense activities to meet strategic goals, contribute ideas to ASEAN defense cooperation, and effectively participate in UN peacekeeping operations.
He emphasized the need to enhance communications on national sovereignty, border security, seas, and islands and fighting against injustices.
