The annual event, which has been held since 2014, opened to the public with 60 pavilions at the Dragon Bridge Park. A Japanese tea-making exchange took place on Friday where Da Nang and the Japanese city of Kisarazu signed a memorandum of understanding on multi-faceted cooperation. Artists from Japan and Vietnam will also stage traditional joint-performances and demonstrations of Yosakoi, flashmob, cosplay and Ikebana flower art over three nights until Sunday.
