The newspaper, which was developed from a culture journal, has issued publications of various forms: a print version of the Vietnamese Culture newspaper, Forbes Vietnam Magazine supplement, and online versions.

Trinh Thi Thuy, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, addressed the event: “Over the past 60 years, generations of the paper’s staff have helped spread the Party’s guidelines, state policies and laws to the public nationwide. The paper has proactively participated in the fights against wrongdoings, directing public opinion, building an advanced culture characterized by traditional identities, and a national sport sector for the cause of strong people and a prosperous nation, and turning the tourism industry into a spearhead economic sector in the future.”
