In his address, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication, Education and Mass Mobilization Nguyen Trong Nghia highlighted the resonation and effectiveness of communications activities over the past 6 months, saying they have inspired patriotism and national pride nationwide and overseas.

The Party’s resolutions and policies, preparations for the 14th National Party Congress, and the review of 40 years of national renewal have been widely disseminated, drawing international attention. However, given the increasingly complex global and regional landscape, he said, external information efforts must be continually renewed and creatively implemented.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang said in this new era, cultural diplomacy and external communication continue to be key channels for Vietnam to present itself to the world.
To enhance the role of cultural diplomacy and external communication in promoting Vietnam’s image, reputation, and international standing, she proposed aligning the 2030 Cultural Diplomacy Strategy with the External Information Strategy, National Cultural Development Strategy, National Brand Strategy, and National Digital Transformation Strategy, while fully leveraging technological advantages.
She said "We must accelerate digital transformation in cultural diplomacy and external communication, turning technology into a lever for soft power. It is vital to proactively apply cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality to develop culturally rich, impactful digital products with broad reach."
