In messages to Vietnamese Party leader and President Nguyen Phu Trong, the Cuban leaders said Cuba will continue to strengthen ties of brotherhood, solidarity, and cooperation with Vietnam.

Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla sent his cordial congratulations on the day to Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh, and repeated his interest in consolidating ties with Vietnam’s foreign ministry.
